The main tasks we perform are overseeing service charge budgeting and subsequently implementing collection of rent and service charges, making recommendations regarding tenants' applications to alter, sublet and assign, producing full accounts and speedy service charge reconciliations. Due to close relationships with our occupiers we are able to spot opportunities to add further value.
