Whether you are a busy property manager taking on new properties, isolated properties, normal premises or problem property, EFM Facilities can help.
We will take on the property and turn it around both physically and visually by formulating budgets for both the property and any projects that are ongoing, setting up documentation records, reviewing health and safety, assessing contractors, assisting with staff and tender contracts and implementing green audits as required.
This service can be recovered through the service charge under staff costs.
Full and Part Time Staffing
Dependent on your requirements, we can provide either full time or part time arrangement. Alternatively properties managers may want to share a manager which can be extremely useful when the expense of employing a full time member of staff cannot be justified.
