Leading Facilities Management Company, EFM Facilities, has taken on two new members of staff to help manage their flourishing UK and international property portfolio.
Janet Pantland joins EFM Facilities as a Facilities Administrator from book retailer Waterstones, where she worked as a DVD Buyer and Popular Psychology Section Manager. Janet comments: “I joined EFM Facilities because I was looking for a complete change of career and EFM is an excellent place to develop your skills.”
The second new recruit is Chris Cullen, who joins EFM Facilities as a Property Administrator to support Tony Quy - Head of Facilities (UK). Chris joins the team from Jones Lang LaSalle where she worked as a PA to the Head of City Facilities for ten years. Chris comments: “It is great to have found a new and challenging role where I can become involved in all different aspects of Facilities Management, in particular Property Administration.”
Tony Quy, Head of Facilities (UK), adds: “We are delighted to welcome both Janet and Chris to the EFM Facilities team, who have been taken on to provide additional support for our UK portfolio as we continue to expand both in the UK and abroad.”
EFM Facilities provides a full operational management service that allows Shopping Centre Managers to concentrate on retailer relations, customer service and marketing.
