The fifth floor at Harlequin House, Teddington, has undergone a complete transformation following on from a refurbishment carried out by EFM Construction. All of occupiers of the office block were undisrupted by the works, which included full rewiring and redecoration, and the project was completed both ontime and on budget by EFM's specialist team of workers.
Graham Stratford, Managing Director of EFM Construction, commented: "This is another excellent example of how EFM Construction can carry out refurbishment works in a part occupied building. My team has done a fantastic job completing the fifth floor of Harlequin House to such as high standard with minimal disruption to the other occupiers."
